I bring my whole self to this work, including my most cherished role as a mother of two and stepmother of two. My experiences in motherhood have taught me compassion, patience, and the importance of honoring each person’s unique journey.

Before stepping fully into this work, I spent several years as a public health coach and funding coordinator in New Zealand, where I was deeply involved in community well-being and holistic health initiatives. I also worked as a massage therapist for 7 years, helping clients heal and reconnect with their bodies through intuitive touch and presence.
My Home
Now, I live with my family in beautiful Nicaragua, where we run a stunning beachfront holiday and events venue, a true slice of paradise. It's a place for rest, reconnection, and celebration, and I'm thrilled to welcome guests from around the world into this space we’ve created.
